Hello 2 All,
I was a teen age girl when last time fight broke out in Gurdwara in 1993. The reason that time was not known to me at that time but now again it is the same sort of situation this time.
On the stage we have heard the views of both sides. But there is a large third group in the Gurdwara Sahib Ji. No one has given a chance to listen what that group want to say about the present situation. I'm from that group who go to Gurdwara Sahib Ji with my kids to listen Kirtan.
It was very hard in the beginning to judge which party is right or wrong. Though I have to take leave from my job few days to do lot of research to know the real inside story of the present situation.
Management gave Gyani Ji a contract according to the Land of the Law. The contract was given to Gyani Ji 4 times to keep him not to kick out as you all were told a lie by Sethi uncle.
I can understand there may be some terms which may not be liked by Gyani Ji. Instead of talking to the management Gyani ji talked with his "STAFF MEMBERS". One of those "STAFF MEMBERS" uncle Hardev Singh Bal, lost the election to serve on the Bard of Trustees in May, 2008 elections. Even after loosing the election he thinks that it does not matter to him and he still is the Board member and start writing himself as the SFV Coordinator, which he can not do legally.
It was decided even before the election no matter what the election result may be Gyani Group have to take over the Gurdwara.

In the line #5 you can see that he instructed Gyani Ji to not to sign the contract. How he can instruct Gyani Ji to not to sign the contract? Under what capacity he did all this? What was his problem? Why he did this, a simple answer an attempt to take over the Gurdwara.
A parallel Board was made with the consent of Gyani Ji. Is it legal to do so? Just think where in the world it happened that some body made the parallel govt.?
It happened only in Afghanistan by Talibans.
The contract is always between the Employer and the employ. Bal uncle sent this e mail to all of the Board members on June 20, 2008.
On June, 21, 2008 Gyani Ji sent an e mail refusing to sign the contract stating that he is instructed by Sangat members not to sign the contract.

On June, 22, 2008 there was first happening in the Gurdwara. All well planned.
Now Gyani Ji and all His "STAFF MEMBERS" are saying that contract is not right that's why they are reacting. OK if the contract was not right then Gyani Ji should have mentioned in his first e mail he sent to the Board members. But Gyani Ji mentioned only that he will not sign as he was told by some people not to sign. So it means that there was nothing wrong in the contract. Gyani Ji made the contract issue a political issue.
Any one with some common sense can think that the contract issue was created by Gyani Ji and his "STAFF MEMBERS" to raise people's sentiments, insult the Board and take over the Gurdwara.
Bal uncle sent another email to the Board giving the names of the "Master minded MEN"

You mentioned yesterday during the meeting with Mr Sethi & Mr Sujlana and during Diwan that two sides will be meeting to resolve the Giani Ji's contract. We have a five member committee in place on to negotiate Giani Ji's contract on his behalf (With Giani Jis consent). Gianiji has made it very clear that he will have panj people from his side.
Here are the names of the committee members:

Then after some time the list was increased by Gyani Ji and more Master mind people (S. Amrit J.S. Sethi,S. Bharpur Singh Grewal,Dr. Malkiat Singh) came front.

I sincerely hope you will agree with me that five (5) individuals with diverse personal backgrounds and professional skills, would better represent a large General Body comprised of 351 members. Needless to say, having five individuals participate in the discussion will lend itself to a more open and democratic dialog resulting in a meaningful and fair outcome.
Based upon their diverse professional skills to comprehend issues at hand, coupled with their sincerity, personal devotion, dedication and selfless service to SFV over a long period of time, members of the General Body have suggested names of several respected individuals, including, but not limited to:

Of course, S. Hardev Singh Bal, Co-ordinator of SFV GB, will be the fifth member of the panel.
I am confident that working together in peace and harmony with Waheguru's blessings, the two sides will be able to develop a fair and just contract document. However, since this document pertains to my personal and professional life, once the contract document is developed, in all fairness, I will review it before I approve and sign it.

Point to be noted here that S. Bharpur Singh Grewal, Dr. Malkiat Singh were in the management. Grewal uncle resigned with his own Will as he was not elected as a Chairman.
Uncle Malkiat Singh was expelled by the Board as he did not attend the required Board meetings, so he was dropped out.
The interesting thing is that uncle Malkiat Singh wants to manage the Gurdwara with remote control from home now.
Uncle Grewal, when had an opportunity while he was in the Board then he resigned now he want to manage the Gurdwara from outside as well.
Wonderful Sikhs... not only this they also canceled their monthly donations to the Gurdwara.
They have given a Bedaava to the Guru by canceling the donations but want to do the selfless Seva now? One root cause of the problem.

There has not been no progress so far this week. I wrote couple of emails to Chairman SFV but he has not replied to either one.
We want everyone to be in SFV Gurdwara on Sunday (June 29th, 2008) in full force again. Please call the Sadh Sangat you know. It's very important to remain peaceful and we do not want to give them any excuse to get Police involved.
If it's possible, we would like to see you on Thursday Diwan also.

Bal uncle 2nd root cause of the problem.
You can see in the Gyani Ji's mail the names of the people mentioned were involved in 1993 Gurdwara fight. The names are:-
S. Balwant Singh Multani
He was beaten as he was drunk in the Gurdwara at that time (1993 fight).
S. Balwinder Singh Sujlana
War HERO of 1993, was also beaten.
S. Amrit J.S. Sethi
War General of 1993 who was calling names to Gyani Ji since then and now all of a sudden he is Gyani Ji's well wisher. He did not called Gyani Ji at his home for any religious function as he hates Gyani Ji. An Opportunist.
Dr. Tara Singh
Frustrated from the life and was also the Fight Financier of 1993. He was also beaten.
S.Hardv Singh Bal
Clown of the Gyani Ji's group, frustrated from life and have no moral or religious ethics. He was active in 1993 fight.
These are FIGHT MONGERS as they were also a party in 1993 Gurdwara fight.
Please leave us alone after 15 years. What benefit you will reap if you take over the Gurdwara? Fight Mongers what is your Hidden Agenda?
I heard Mrs. Gyanan Aunti saying that she feel sorry that the fight did not occurred between the Sangat and the Board of Trustees even after name callings to the Board members. The fight would have helped Gyani Ji.

Major Root cause of the fight.
She controls Gyani Ji and wants that all Board members should obey her.
I was in the hall when the fight started in 1993. I saw Sujlana Aunti went up to one of the so called Khalistani and started to sift through his clothes. All of a sudden she grabbed him from his PRIVATE PARTS. I felt so embarrassed to see that a lady holding some one's private parts in Gurdwara. What she can teach to her kids???
How she thought to hold some one's parts in public especially in Gurdwara Sahib???
Now she is back in Gurdwara fight too. May God Bless Board members and save them from Sujlana Aunti.
A suggestion to Sujlana uncle, please start taking Viagra on every weekend and save the Gurdwara.
You can see in the attachment as well that Gyani Ji does not believe in the Sikh Supreme Seat i.e. Akal Takhat Sahib Ji.
Please Gyani Ji reply to the following questions:-
1.
A person who does not believe in Supreme Sikh Foundation he could not be a Sikh. You are not even a Sikh and how you can be a Granthi in Gurdwara Sahib??
2.
If we all remember that on 9-11-2008 you said from the podium that you do not want any contract and want to do the Seva as a Sangat member then why you kept another Golak in the hall way?
Is it a Sikh Character to do Ardaas ( commitment to The Guru) in front of Gurugranth Sahib and then do not want to honor your own Ardaas (commitment)?
You will be the Cheapest peson if you look for or accept the Contract now.
3.
Board requested you to teach Kirtan to our kids and you refused to do so, why?
Our parents paid you to take care of your kids when they were going to school; we helped your kids to get educated. Why you do not want to educate our kids now?
4.
Board wanted to do the reconstruction of the lower level to adjust you, the Raggi Jathas and the families who get the Seva of Akhand Path in the Gurdwara. You refused to have the reconstruction done of the lower level.
The families of Akhand Path now sleep with their little kids in Langar hall. It is really hard for ladies to sleep in public. Those families almost spends a more than $1000.00 on Sunday Langar. These are not beggars, You insulted those families why??
Gyani Ji this is a Gurdwara not a railway platform in Bihar where people sleep on the floor when they miss their train.

One day we met Amarjit Aunti and mom asked why she is not coming to Gurdwara any more to do Kirtan then we came to know that Bhamra(Jarnail) uncle gave her your message that Amarjeet should not come to Gurdwara.
You even declared the fight from the Tabiya of the Gurugranth Sahib ji in April when the new management was being introduced.
Are you a Granthi or Goonda?
I can understand that you had really bad relations with the Board. On 9-11 your STAFF MEMBERS called the names to the outside Raggi Jathas and were not allowed to enter the Gurdwara to do Kirtan. Since then you are doing Kirtan by yourself and did not brought any Jatha from outside or let other Jathas to enter the Gurdwar Sahib.
Important Sikh Historic Gurupurab (300 Years) passed away like an ordinary day.
Shame on you.
You could have brought easily your extended relatives
Bhai Jagmohan Singh Ji from GNFA. One of them is your nice's husband
Bhai Surinder Singh Ji and his brothers from Washington D.C Gurdwara. Jatha is the brother in laws of Jagmohan Singh or his brothers.
Bhai Sahib from Bawaian Da Gurdwara Sahib in Maryland. He is nephew of Jagmohan Singh
But you want to keep all the money so you do not let those poor guys
(Bhai Surinder Singh Ji does not get any salary but they got Green Cards) to enter the Gurdwara and do Kirtan. WHY you did all this?
You have torn apart the whole Sikh Community for your own personal benefit. 10th Guru Gobind Singh Ji brought the whole Sikh Panth together and what you have done?
Besides all this, Gyan Ji you know that this Gurdwara have been used in the past for the events like baby shower, engagements and other occasions. In all of the occasions Gyanan Aunti play On the dholak and sing Flimy songs. Some Ladies dance 2. I attended these Religious Dance Parties.
You made this Gurdwara a Dance Academy. Is it allowed in the Gurdwara?
I request to the Board to remove kuldeep singh from the Gurdwara and make sure the safety of the Sangat and restore the Kirtan, the Spirit of Sikhi.
